So started the #CharitySoStraight campaign to highlight that the charity sector isn't always a safe place to be, if you are LGBTQIA+

The campaign has been running for several years now, delivered the #StandWithTrans trans inclusion pledge, and has inspired other LGBTQIA+ groups to emerge
He had witnessed a poster for a local #Pride event defaced with #homophobic slurs whilst in one of the charities sites, and heard about a make colleague who had to leave their job because of homophobic bullying in the workplace

Yet this is exactly what he was told by the CEO of one of the largest and most loved charities in the UK #CharitySoStraight
