Alcohol-Specific Deaths
According to statistics released by National Records of Scotland (NRS), the number of alcohol-specific deaths fell by 7% to 1,185 in 2024.
This is the lowest number of alcohol-specific deaths registered since 2019, and a decrease of 92 from 2023.

Scottish child payment is £27.15 a week per eligible child, payable every four weeks. There is no limit on how many children within a family can get Scottish child payment. This on top of what rUK gets.

It is the fact that they do not call out other media reports "errors" for want of a better world.

In the past one paper would hammer another if they mistakenly reported, to show how much better they were than the rival. Now they just copy each others false story with out checking.
