Obama and others need to start getting more vocal. I understand this may make them even more vulnerable to Trump and his crazies, but we need a lot of heroes!
Seth has been doing his best for 10 years to sound the alarms, but being able to say, “I told you” after the evil unfolds doesn’t help us.

The sad reality is that the Fox News crowd, a considerable group, has no idea what’s going on. They are happy with Trump’s tough stand on immigration and crime which feeds the racism that they don’t understand drives them. They are stumped by the phrase “No Kings” and blind to what is happening.

Maybe this visual will make more of his supporters understand he doesn’t care about anyone but himself. He is enjoying unchecked power and is convinced no harm will come to him. I’m not sure what it will take for people to understand they do not intend to cede power. Not in 26 nor 28.

Isn’t that a National Historic Monument?! You can’t even tear down an ugly brick smokestack in Charleston SC because it’s deemed to have historic significance. Yet one of the premier symbols of our old democracy, The People’s House, can be torn down like this? The symbolism is beyond ironic!

I’m not naive enough to think such deals don’t occur in DC on both sides. I suspect this is modus operandi for Trump and Republicans and a reason the MSM has failed us. No one wants to bite off the hand that feeds them. These days the “food” nourishes stories, notoriety, fame and $!

This and that blatant racism is acceptable again. In my opinion, it is the internalized racism that a large segment of our population won’t openly admit to that allows them be ok with a criminal leading them. “He’s not afraid to say what everyone feels.” is a common positive they share about Trump.
