The family farm in Georgia is heavily timbered with lots of underbrush so my rifle would have been useless down there. Perfect for Colorado though.
I have not. My 7 mag had an effective knockdown range of 2,000 yards even if the shooter (me) didn't. The ,308 and 7 mm mag were sniper favs back in the day and thousands on a weapon is seriously out of my budget.
That sucks. I loved black powder, finally ended up using nothing but a .45 Pennsylvania long muzzle loader for deer since they were too easy to get.
More than 3 rounds and my shoulder wnted to stop and conference with me as to why I was a dumbass.
Personal choice, but I preferred a Remington 700BDL 7MM Mag using hand loaded boat tail bullits since all we did was elk and deer hunt. After initial sight in (fucking ouch) I would fire 3 rounds a year to zero in at 250 yards with no more than a 2 inch circle group. 1/2
Need more info (but still nice grouping). Open sight or scope? Calibre? Type of ammo? Type of rifle? Shooting stance?

Inquiring minds need to now.
Fuck those self righteous, puritanical, judgemental, braindead assholes.

Don’t assume that you know the access and accommodation that are needed by disabled people.

Ask disabled people.
It made mine hot too, and I didn't need them that way. I kept them in shape by riding them often and I much prefer a gentle eye and a relaxed pole.
I could never feed alfalfa, had one palamino mare who would founder every time. Even at a 6% mix.
Ah. I would buy 5 tons of long stem Timothy at a time and through natural process they would plant it for me! Had a manure spreader as well and nice slow drainage in part of the pasture. Lucky I guess.
I had a barn, but I was lucky. It could be a blizzard at -20 and my horses hated being inside. So I used stalls for hay storage and had dirt floors and a simple tank heater for water. Just a nice simple Cleary pole barn.
Actually, please feel free to leave the country.
If he told me the sky was blue I would need a group of 10 or so people to meet me outside on a sunny day to confirm it.
Ever read Mutiny on the Bounty?
Didn't you get a bid upfront?
For once we didn't make the newspaper, but we were there!
Great turnout today for the DemFest in Hays today and got to meet several Dem candidates and hear their plans and priorities. Afterwards went to a No Kings rally which also had a great turnout and lots of horns blowing and passerby support.

Good day overall today.
