After watching/reading the last couple months of reddit/twitter liberal entrants, I realize now they all believe what they believe because they want to make money in media. They are all "journalists", artists, writers, performers, etc. and as such have to gobble up every crumb of 'us v. them'.

FYI - if you destroy peoples ability to buy stuff you can defeat inflation, too. That's how demand works, if you can't afford to buy shit, you can't affect its price. The idea that "slashing jobs" is the solution to inflation is the same as starving people to build up food stores.

The healthcare conversation is spinning out of control and still no one mentioned how becoming a Nurse/Doctor isn't yet free (for high GPA 3.0+ students) and the AMA still has a death grip on the education of doctors and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services limits residency spots available

Just because a tariff is implemented doesn't mean prices will rise. If prices do rise and don't fall it means we were underpaying the whole time. That's how prices work, they bear the weight of demand given a supply.

We need a new measurement for foot sizing; from shoes, to sport boots (skates, skies, etc.), that isn't based primarily on the length of your foot. It's as if there was a consensus a century ago that the foot only has one dimension of measurability.

The power of propaganda is to skew the reasonable so that all problems appear binary. Once distilled into an 'us versus them' appeal, it makes it much easier to divide and conquer while silencing opposition that advocates for a rational rejection of its underlying premise.
