Ok, I'm not going to live blog this whole thing. But the joy of this bit is opening boxes after a year and going 'OOOOOOOH', as I just did at these 1950s German fruit beauties. Even the box is beautiful.

Right, first bauble on and it's my favourite. This plastic made in Hong Kong angel was on my gran's tree, then my mum's and now mine. Every Christmas I can remember has featured this angel. Lots of feelings.

If you have a hyperactive partner who can't sit still, I highly recommend getting them some new shelves to arrange their stuff on. This has kept the valet busy for days.
