I dont feel as strongly about the Aim For The Top OVA's as many people do but I did always personally prefer Diebuster to Gunbuster as an overall watch. Gun ep 6 is ofc legendary in its direction but I consider Die more consistent beat by beat.

Went through Dispatch, while I have some issues with its scripting (r/gamers type beat) I found its genuine focus on the idea of superheros as a concept being inherently good, as opposed to a cynical look at comics, left me digging it overall, fun core loop too. Prism best hero.

RIP to anime director Tatsuya Nagamine. One of the finest adventure anime directors of the modern era. He helped breath new life into long-running series and made them feel altogether vital again. The current One Piece boom wouldn't have been possible in the same way without him.
