Don't try to change narcissistic folks. They are so far up their ass that they think they are God's gift to the world.

It's a fight you can not win. You can't reason with someone who only listens to their own ego and delusions.

Save that energy for healing, don't give them the pain they want.

This kind of abuse is hard to spot. Especially if you grew up with it, but please do research on what it is so you may recognise the signs.

This reveals that their love was never real, only conditional. You're no longer useful, so they just get rid of you.

They are no longer the person you recognise because that mask has slipped, this is your chance to run, heal, and rebuild your life they tried to destroy.

Narcissistic abuse is one of the hardest forms of abuse to recognise just because of how subtle it is, often hidden behind fake love, charm, and care.

As a victim of this, it took me 20+ years to notice. The minute they lose control of you, you're worthless to them.
