藍天更新了社群守則，並希望天友們在8/28前給予回饋，新的社群守則預計在10/15生效。

如果你曾經遇過以下狀況：
1）明明封鎖某人（例如 @smitechow.com），卻又被該帳號留言
2）明明已經設定全面禁止回覆，卻又有看不見的留言（例如來自 @smitechow.com ）

基本上來說，藍天封鎖制度做得很好，正常使用下不會出現明明已經封鎖或鎖留言卻又被留言的狀況。這種規避藍天封鎖制度的行為已經構成騷擾，我覺得這次剛好是讓藍天重視這種騷擾行為的好機會，畢竟之前寄信後就沒下文ㄌㄍ

藍天部落格裡可以看到新的社群守則，也可以看到新社群守則回饋表單。

if you want artists to make weirder art, you have to create stable living conditions that allow them to. homogeneity isn't a matter of artists lacking culture-- there are many soulful artists out there-- it's a matter of unregulated corporate dominance combined with artists who cant afford to create
