It's got JUST enough caffeine to curb the urges but has a bunch of health benefits. Initially it's a bit rough because it's significantly less than a cup of coffee or soda, but pulling back gets easier as you reduce how much you depend on it

After 3 days, I can safely say if you are struggling with cutting sodas (even sugar free ones) switch to a cup of green tea when you feel the craving. This shit is doing WONDERS for me.
