Protests continued Friday night after a judge ordered a fence outside the Broadview ICE Processing Center to come down.
Meanwhile, Senators Dick Durbin and Tammy Duckworth were turned away from trying to see inside of the facility.

Sounds more like 400 total to me, assuming the latter half are "trained" in alignment with the 200 from the Illinois National Guard.
