It blows my mind how many job rejections and straight-up non-responses I’m getting. Feels like AI-powered hiring pipelines have completely wrecked the market with good candidates filtered out, humans never even looking. It’s exhausting.

Looks like my stream quality issues were me overloading upload once I actually did the math. Multi-streaming adds up fast, especially once you include overhead.

Got hit with a Content ID claim from a channel whose “music” is just a mashup of startup/system sounds. They’re now claiming licensed background music I legally purchased. Disputed both. Content ID really needs better abuse controls.

Now that my local LLM is live in my homelab, I’m thinking about adding some fun bots to Mastodon & Bluesky like YoMama-as-a-Service for yo mama jokes and other goofy interactions. All running locally. After I retool my existing bots to use the local LLM and move off Gemini.

I keep thinking about adding Threads support to my livestream notification bots… then I remember how bad the engagement and reach are compared to Mastodon and Bluesky 😅 Maybe one day I’ll add it or someone can PR it into the GitHubs.

Wasn’t Trump bragging about ending wars, not starting new ones? So why are we suddenly involved in Venezuela? Feels less like “peace” and more like the same old playbook. Probably about the oil.
