Correct, so it’s not a lie that non-citizens don’t get criminal due process protections in removal proceedings.

Citizens (and non-citizens) get tons of due process rights for non-criminal proceedings. The whole civil trial system (notice, cross-examination, discovery) are examples of due process rights!

No they didn’t. Padilla says that removal proceedings are civil in nature.

Criminal due process protections don’t apply to illegal alien removals which are civil in nature. No Miranda rights, no unreasonable search and seizure protection (see Lopez-Mendoza), etc.

SCOTUS has repeatedly affirmed that due process rights only apply to noncitizens in criminal proceedings, and illegal alien removals are not criminal proceedings.

Due process right only apply to noncitizens in criminal prosecutions, and illegal alien removal is not a criminal proceeding (Fong Yue Ting v. US; Padilla v. US)

No warrants or Miranda rights required.

Or do you only respect rule of law when you agree with it?

Sorry bud, indigenous people have a right to self-determination in their own homelands. This includes Europeans.

Does every citizen of every impoverished Third World nation on Earth have a legal and moral right to resettle in America and receive social safety net healthcare?

Are you seriously conflating levels and flows? Pathetic. Adding 100k per year to the level is absolutely “increasing by large numbers” 🙄

Quoting directly from the case = “shill” 😝

The issue in Wong Kim Ark was birthright citizenship for children of parents who are foreign aliens “but have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States.” Illegal aliens don’t.

Wong Kim Ark doesn’t confirm birthright citizenship applies “broadly”, only that it applies to children of foreign aliens who “have a permanent domicile and residence in the United States.” Illegal aliens don’t.
