I’ll be curious to see how the Netflix purchase of Warner goes. There are many levels of curiosity but at the moment I’m wondering how Trump’s supporters at Paramount losing might affect the calculus of anti-trust argument. Would it be a surprise if Paramount “wins”?

I created a graph using data from SAIPE (for incomes) and the FED reserve (for housing prices) and I think it shows how the disparity of income growth and housing costs reflect the real challenges for housing. Beyond saying a lack of adequate housing what are the causes?
