Sadly we are in a period where nationalism is popular. Government needs to respect this and tighten rules on immigration. At the same time we need to redouble efforts to ensure young people respect diversity in society.

My problem with #trump is that he doesn’t have the basic knowledge to understand the world around him and make sensible judgments. His great advantage seems to be that he is a mirror for many people who are similarly bemused by the world in which they live.
