Departure Pattern at the Birdport - taken right before the heavy rains set in. Steller's Jays are abundant in my area right now but they may soon decide that the weather is too much for them.

Really, as Winter approaches I worry about all of us.

Steller's Jays form their own takeoff pattern, airport style. As the weather starts to turn wintery I will probably have fewer opportunities to photograph birds...or much else. Things are increasing in uncertainty. But that's the nature of existence. Fujifilm X-H1.
