NEW: Trump's DOJ said it is going to reexamine Alexander Smirnov's case. He pleaded guilty to lying about the Bidens. Last year, I reported that a firm backed by two Trump biz associates paid Smirnov. But there is a another tie between Smirnov and a Trump biz.
