While I do agree with you from the compassionate side, the bigger point is the company obviously didn’t care enough about their employees to defend DEI, so they don’t need to be working there anyway.

The main thing that I realized in therapy was that I was paying to get help to deal with people who won’t go to therapy. It’s my family, sure, but it’s also most of white America. They need help.
