i've already got most of 2 days vlogged at least. it's gonna be pretty lo-fi, i'm not sure if it'll go on my main channel either or when it'll even come out since my album (Fantasia) is only something like 55% done. i'll stop trying to edit it for now and focus on filming for the sake of my eyes

my plan is to try to vlog at least a week of making my album, then maybe 1-2 weeks later, follow up on the stuff i brought up in the vlog previously. my eye problems make things harder though. if my eyes still have too much trouble handling it, i guess i'll have to abruptly stop.

i think my upcoming album is somewhere around 60% done.

the songwriting is almost complete, so a lot of the work left is in recording, editing, and hiring session musicians. definitely no final tracklist yet!

i was wondering when it makes sense to make a creative project that has a net negative effect on my happiness, here's what i came up with:

1. if doing nothing is worse
2. if the project benefits others
3. if i can figure out how to start enjoying it more
4. if finishing it brings enough happiness
