The Russian attack submarine Novorossiysk, out of service since late September, has been spotted near the French coast, and the French Navy is monitoring it.
It is operating on the surface off the coast of Brittany, slowly moving north.

It is like Russia: in disrepair.

One of the first tanks with a molded hull, which would later give rise to the American M3 and M4 tanks.
The R35 was a light tank designed to support the infantry. It was in no way designed to take on other tanks. These doctrinal errors would cost France dearly in 1940.

I think a little overhaul and update is needed before sending them to Ukraine, for example, to be able to drop AASMs. They would need to be on par with the Mirage 2000-5Fs that Ukraine already has.
The problem is: Who pays?

The captain and his first mate are summoned to appear before the French courts in February. They are Chinese.
They face severe penalties. This may give other captains pause for thought.

Une alternance centre droit - centre gauche est ce qu'il y a de mieux en démocratie.
Analogie maritime, un léger tangage babord tribord, c'est normal, quand on commence à pencher trop d'un côté ou de l'autre, le navire chavire.
La majorité est toujours modérée.
