You're definitely not alone in your feelings and I think that you'll find a place where you feel like you belong soon enough, even if it's not competing! What you end up finding might be better than what you were originally striving for! Dont give up, but dont push yourself too hard either!

I played in a pickup for a #compsplatoon tournament for the first time and it was so much fun! It's been a while since I had that much fun competitively! We even almost won! I hope my experiences continue to be that pleasant
