Isn’t em dash inserted when you press hyphen twice? At least this is how it works in PL mapping.
Em dashes are commodity in Polish and I’m just used to them. However, I found myself using en-ones instead just not to be accused of overusing AI. Not sure if that is a valid English though.

First Anniversary! This year, I plan to dedicate more of myself to this.
Just completed my first 11 km right after an unplanned bouldering session with my daughter. Neither was easy, but both were worth it. 😅

Am I the only one who finds #running without a preplanned route so difficult? Even when I try to run freely, I catch myself looking for a logical explanation for the direction I've chosen. 😅
