I woke up to find a few posts I've made getting likes; for someone who doesn't pursue social media engagement, it's still nice seeing the number go up. 🤍

I worked hard, with love, 52hr+ weekly, most lunches working, for 3 years. I was 20-30% underpaid vs market (“the culture” makes up for this?), got burnout with panic attacks, and when faced with exiting was told I’d be replaced in a few weeks and would not leave an impact. You come first, not them.
happy sunday, remember that you are completely expendable to your employer and that when you die they will forget you ever existed within weeks and easily replace you
