What I find funny is that there’s an obvious tie in to The Conjuring franchise with Tony Amendola playing Father Perez from Annabelle but once the film was a critically savaged everyone involved was like

Don’t get me wrong I really like Linda Cardellini and she did a solid job in the film but I always found it odd that a movie based on a famous Hispanic legend was focused on the most generic American family ever

Feast: while it has solid special effects and some genuinely funny dark moments. This goes through the creature feature cliches but it doesn’t do them poorly but makes the film seem rather generic, 5/10

What I find so interesting is that these side characters like; Lucifer, the vees, Adam, Mimzy and later Rosie and Emily only appear in a few episodes in the season but the way they are written, acted and drawn are so well done that they become memorable
