I think most of these r obvious but: rest, ice/heat, elevation, compression socks, gentle stretches/massages, vitamins, magnesium oil, epsom salt n maybe soft shoe inserts might help! Despite having foot chronic pain I lack advice since I just kinda suffer through mine lmao. Hope it gets better!

Security was rarely allowed to kick people out for anything. I’m not surprised. The general public lacks decency these days😭 Some lady changed her kids diaper n left it. There’s a reason I refused to get trained for “biohazard” stuff. Not cleaning blood n puke for minimum wage💀

I’m gonna be inactive for a bit bc I’m moving and my pain in both hands/wrists is back so I can’t draw. I struggle with severe anxiety and change reallyyy exasperates it, so I won’t have the time to worry about social media lol. I’m going back to school n can hopefully get a job. ya boi is in debt 💀
