Been looking at gyms & PTs again... It's been a while since I last did Personal Training... Quite a few gyms close to me now that are open pretty late, considering I'm not in the DT core.

S.F. supervisors just passed a law requiring 3.5 years of rental aid for low income tenants displaced by new housing.

So many concerts that I'd love to see at the SF Symphony... But every time I gaze at the prices, I wonder how ANYONE can afford them at a time like this 😮💨 ... and to those who say, just subscribe, WHY would I WANT to subscribe to a series, if I CAN'T even GET IN the door for one concert?!? Baffling.

Just discovering Andrea Gibson's poetry for the first time - and it's just so poignant, so moving, so alive, yet mindfully and rooted...
It's incredible how affordable AND roomy this tiny home is... To be honest, this is what home ownership looks like to me. Who needs all the space, unless you have kids or multiple pets? Besides... It's so expensive to buy a house these days... Now I just need to find an empty lot in SF or Oakland 😛
