I'm just wondering why Crocodile was clean-shaven. There's no way you can convince me that this dude's facial hair doesn't grow like crazy, and he had been down there for a few weeks when Luffy arrived.

Were the inmates at Impel Down allowed to shave? I mean, considering how dangerous the lower levels are, and their awful conditions, I doubt the guards would trust them with any blades, even if it’s just disposable razors and the DF users are all weakened by sea-stone handcuffs.
