Another doodle >< Skip and loafer is my all time favourite shoujo series 💖 It’s just so wholesome and the characters are so endearing but complex at the same time. It makes me go “ahh youth” and wish my high school life was like theirs.

After almost a year of working on Bettel doll (with long breaks in between) he is complete! It’s not 100% exact to his model but I’m happy with how he turned out.😤

Will take better photos at a later date.

Side note, my older sis saw me working on bettdoll and got curious. I showed her his ref sheet and she referred to phantom as bettel’s little friend. Which was really cute.

Oh my it’s been 3 months since the last update🥲 Just been really busy with irl stuff cries. Anyways, there were multiple attempts at embroidery for his coat. It’s not the cleanest work but I really wanna move onto the other parts of his outfit. 😭😭

Been busy settling irl stuff but when there’s spare time, I’ve been working on this little guy!! His hands were easier to crochet than his legs. But I think the biggest struggle for me is gonna be his coat 🫠🫠

For the theme, I really enjoy watching the dynamic between n0ctyx!! A moment that stuck out to me was them taking a group photo at the end of their anniversary minecraft collab. It reminded me of the fussing and shenanigans that occur at a family photoshoot! So that's what I drew ><

Usually I'll draw in a chibi style cause it's easier (for me) and it takes less time to complete. But this time, I really wanted to challenge myself as well as spend more time working on my weaknesses like posing, clothing folds etc.
