Maybe its implied the felborne or nightborne allied with guldan get powered by fel magic as well as mana? I remember there was talk about some NB being able to flee under the bubble before the legion invaded (which is what my NB did) still, the class divide story in NB culture got abandoned so fast

But temperature fluctuations have been noted to be a trigger too! Could be that, plus greasy foods can be high fodmap as well (i say as I eat a Wendy's burger and medicate myself in preparation for what it will do to me later)

If you haven't already you should look into low fodmap diet, its a science backed diet to identify and reduce ibs trigger foods (i have severe ibs so I cant est anything with fodmaps or i get so sick 🫠 had a new kind of peas today and forgot to check and was having cramps before I finished my plate
