I despise the Romans, and I love Punic history, so, City of Carthage!

As to why the city specifically? Because it was the capital, it was a personal tie between Carthage and Cartagena, and the former won that battle, unlike the republic.

I highly recommend y'all read the la squadra short stories, they give the characters more lore, especially about Melone and Ghiaccio.

Where Melone is a creep and terrible father, but he genuinely does care about his work, and Ghiaccio is a nerd and has trauma from his past that still affects him.

Howler is Pucci's parallel, so it makes sense to give him tan or darker skin, mainly because not only that but also the fact he is literally part Polynesian, his ancestor was royalty and was very darkskinned, so why is Haccah just pale in the manga?
