This sits very meaningfully on my office shelf. Looking at it in a small moment of contemplation today while trying to fight for basic consideration for NHS staff.

I dearly wish it were true.

I've had several returns to therapy to help me process what i saw & heard, and that wasn't being on the frontline 24/7. It still makes me feel sick at times. Please make sure if you are struggling you reach out for support. I am happy to say i have and do 💖
