Hot take: A lot of people are scared to associate with the word butch bc of their fatphobia. They think the word “masc” separates them from these stereotypes of butches, when they would identify this way if they didn’t care so much about being in proximity to thinness.

Not to be controversial but no, body positivity is not for everyone.

It is a social movement for marginalized bodies (fat, disabled, queer, etc.) to lift up those who society puts down.

Not for you as a thin/white/abled/cishet to feel better about how you look.

so disappointed to see big lesbian accounts like lesbianherstory on ig post polls debating if chappell is actually a lesbian. not only do we have bigger things to worry about, but i’d say debating a lesbian’s relation to a man is extremely male centered, and a slippery slope to accepted homophobia
