I realised I really liked my eyes, I thought they were pretty, and through loving them I slowly began to think the rest of my face wasn't so bad either.

It's hard, and I won't lie and say it's easy. I used to be quite insecure about myself and sometimes I still am, but at some point, my mindset somehow changed and now a lot of the time I think I'm adorable.
I think the first step is finding things you do like about yourself and loving them.
