Decided to work this motif upside-down, that way the back can still be nice and clean. I expected it to be more confusing, but it's literally the exact same experience - so I'm pretty relieved. I hate when embroidery is stressful 😅

I have such extreme views on american republicans that I don't think I could ever hold office. I want them all gone. Eradicated, exiled, I don't care. I would even be down for sacrificing a few ships to shoot them into the sun. Anything would work at this point.

Soooooo close to finishing that left-hand tree. I have to break the bottoms into two portions to make it all fit on my hoop, but it makes it feel like it goes faster, so I'm not mad about it 🙂↕️

The DHS tweet blaming immigrants for everything was so nazi-coded that it was a little jarring. Just almost word-for-word compared to what nazi's said about jewish/romani/queer/black people. Even though we drew similarities about 10 years ago, it was still crazy to actually see in real-time.

I love reminding people that some birds will literally consume a fertilized egg bc they don't think it's a good idea to have a child. We are not the only species that analyzes the world around us and says "fuck, this is not a good idea" and then terminates the pregnancy (or eats the egg).

People always talk about flooding rivers and why dams are important but like,,, if we prioritize native flora in the floodplains, the severity of the floods will decrease. But floods are an important part of the ecosystem. It sucks, but it's completely natural. -
