I tried Best Buy this time because I'm in a place I can afford to pay all at once and I wanted the mouse pad.

For all GameStop's faults I still think they're the best place to pre-order games.

I used to pre-order there because they're the only retailer that lets you pay in installments with no mandates other than a $5 deposit, and you have to pay it off before you pick it up. (Part 1 of 2)

My beige flag is that I'll put things on my Amazon Credit Card as a payment plan when I make an impulse purchase instead of taking the points because I'm too anxious to be accountable for it right away, then just pay it all off on my next paycheck anyway.

I still think this is just Miyamoto on his hyperfixation kick again and not related to any larger project. At least not a new game seeing as how Pikmin 4 was just 2 years ago and that took a decade.

Like I'm more and more content without alcohol, but that voice in the back of my head has more and more justification to tell me I've earned a treat.

Its sober October though. Not random sober week. 🫡

Yeah I've definitely come across funny bits from them. They just also have some that leave a sour taste in my mouth.

My wife actually works with one of them, though she's not like one of the main staples. She's just on their podcast once a month I think it is.

Kinda kicking myself because there's no way I'm finishing Monster Hunter Stories 2 before Pokémon now, & I already own this game on Switch...but I started playing Hades on Game Pass & I'm actually digging it more this time. (So far)

I just like the resolution bump & getting the Xbox Reward Points.
