After years of community-driven development of the open-source software #mino, the company behind minio removed nearly all of the functions (100,000 lines of code) from the web console and changed the underlying license to the Affero General Public License (AGPL).

I didn't know about the built-in web GUI of rclone. It's awesome! It's not a replacement for a regular file manager, but with many remote sources configured in rclone, it makes quick browsing very convenient.

After 4 weeks in #Japan I don't want to go back to Germany. There are so many things I like here.
But they really have a plastic problem here. They produce more plastic waste in a single day than Germany does in a whole year (subjective estimate).
