Have you tried eating something high in protein before bed? Sometimes eating a piece of chicken helps mine. It's not full proof, but worth a try if you haven't!

Idk who needs to hear this, but Bluesky has a setting that will trickle things from feeds you follow into your Following feed. I'm trying it out, and keeping up with my pals here feels so much more whimsical with more air dry clay, papier mache, cross stitch, etc. 🥰

I'm obviously a peace lover who doesn't know much about weapons. I understand they have their uses, but I also remember watching Rodney's brother shoveling dirt into his grave, and it's an image that will never leave me. I'll never stop asking how much utility do these weapons have?

In 2014, my cousin Rodney died in an accident at Accurate Energetic Systems. Yesterday, a large explosion led to at least 19 more deaths. In this moment, I can't help wondering how many of the weapons manufactured there served a purpose that would be worth the loss of life right here at home?

So my theory is that a lot of us are straight passing enough that we don't bother with the struggles of not being accepted and instead make the choice to blend in.

Without reading the article (sorry), I have a theory! As a bi person myself, I've found that it makes the few straight friends I've told feel differently about me, and I've found that I've faced criticism when I've taken male partners to gay bars - so not much acceptance there either.
