This year was the year I was supposed to get my professional career off the ground but I got laid off because of the economy before I was at my job for a year, so I am back in school to get a BS in software engineering. I actually have a better future now for it. Hopefully 🤞🏻

The first book was kinda fun, I loved the dragons and I underlined a quote I liked about chronic pain and stuff. It's a mixed bag. Second book I DNFed after the first chapter. Lol

Fourth Wing is my arch nemesis because the main character is supposed to have my disability and the book prompts dangerous activities (like dislocating joints to get stronger and the "you're not disabled just try harder" mentality).

It's because fast fashion-ication of books thanks to booktok. I knew a woman who was super into this, and me and another friend thought it was kinda sloppy, because we read a lot in our youth and read AO3 and other fanfic. Most of these ppl don't read fanfic. She later got into better books lol
