This doesnβt say the costs are going up, it says the proportion of their budget is going up. Sounds like CCRA has a revenue issue.
Maybe if they werenβt a pay-to-play NIMBY organization (you arenβt allowed to participate in zoning matters w/o ponying up) they could get more dues paying members

Reduce the CDL weight requirement from 26,000lbs to 4,000lbs and watch all these monster SUV grocery haulers disappear, while auto makers scramble to produce sensibly sized cars
pickup trucks for the average person should not have been allowed to advance past this. if you need anything bigger, you should have to provide some kind of documentation showing you have the license and need for special heavy machinery, otherwise you get the 1990 toyota hilux

It should be reversed- Resign to Run should only apply to electeds
Why should a staffer making <$80k a year (& with a lower public persona) have to give up their job to run for office, but a sitting City Council member making >$150k (and all the trappings of their office) could keep their seat?

West Philly Tool Library could move to 4900 Spruce, they have unused ground floor space that could have been commercial except for NIMBYs (1 person specifically)
I wonder if this truly qualifies as a commercial use though? Either way- bring the Tool Library to Garden Court!
