He's missing his right arm (at the elbow), the geomarrow arm is a prosthetic.

When she arrives, he's standing outside wearing a black turtleneck, dress pants, and a long coat. The gauntlet that normally hid his prosthetic was gone, as he waved to her with it. Once she's close enough, he pulls his other hand from behind his back, extending to her a red rose. "For you."
