I always inferred it as the name Barbatos was also a nod to Barbarossa as they could have used any of the demon names but chose the one that was similar to “red beard”

It’s such a fun kit to build, very simple but I’d argue the colour separation is actually better than even some RG’s.

Hopefully. The silhouettes are similar, deliberately in my view, but I did think it was odd that Asmoday would get an MG before Hajiroboshi. Then again MG Vidar came out before MG Gusion Rebake so Bandai has history there!
