There is a proposal to remove all of the windows and casing to the original black openings, install new wood buck similar to the original, and install modern historic-class windows to the downtown overlay district.

There will be a proposal by Daniel Vagasky, owner, for facade updates to the Kruschke Block, known as the Gardenswartz Building. The intention is to stabilize and rehabilitate the building and bring it up to ADA, building and fire codes.
