Fuck you Barnaby Joyce ... RENEWABLES ARE WINNING.

Recent figures for electricity generation during the heat waves are that ROOFTOP SOLAR STABILISED THE ENERGY GRID.

So you can STICK YOUR SCARE CAMPAIGNS

Besan Roti w soft eggs. I spiced the Roti with turmeric, black pepper, cardamon, paprika and ginger.
February 3, 2026 at 9:41 PM
Finally all 3 of Sandy's kits in one shot. They are practicing to be dentists so I cant show their faces but, from the left, we have Smooch, Tiger and Snagglepuss.

Dangerous feeding so many kits. Both litters plus Sandy who has forgotten her manners regarding claws.

Breakfast at Dave's.
February 1, 2026 at 8:07 PM
Three not so brave little kitties were peering from behind my legs as this came tumbling down. Man INSTANT air conditioning.
February 1, 2026 at 8:12 AM

Today's effort.

Ya takes ya comforts where ya finds 'em.
January 31, 2026 at 8:24 AM
Tonight's shots are on the Samsung WB800f Compact Camera. As yet I haven't got full control of the wee beastie, things like shutter speed controls exist but I am yet to find them hence the cloudy Moon is "as is".
January 30, 2026 at 9:34 AM
Yes another camera, Samsung WB 800F (2013) and surprisingly good for a small sensor shooter, 1/2.3-inch same as my Nikon, Kodak and Pentax bridge cameras that turn out good moons and sunset shots. Doesn't do bad detail for a pocket rocket.
January 30, 2026 at 6:31 AM
Fearless, mother of our 9wo kits, never had her kitten time. Her humans moved when she was only 4wo and she came to us untrusting with severe PTSD. Now look at her just being a kitty with her babies.
January 29, 2026 at 7:55 PM
The Moon is waxing away at 84% with Gibbons as the sun sets in the west (again).
January 29, 2026 at 9:47 AM
I give you "Smooch", the friendliest of the 3 new kits emerging at 6 weeks from under the house. Smooch is my official breakfast companion kit.
January 28, 2026 at 8:16 PM
This evening I bring you not one ... not two ... not three but FOUR MOONS (ha ha ha ha ha).

Nikon P610 at various settings during sundown.
January 28, 2026 at 9:51 AM

Tonight on the 135mm Pentacon lens (1965) we have the Southern Cross laying over on the left. (pic 1) Higher in the sky is the Southern Pleiades (pic 2) and to the left is the Carina Nebula with the Wishing Well Cluster bottom left (pic 3).

Tossed in the Orion Nebula for free.
