Ok, let’s do this for real! I’m Samantha, and I love Dragon Quest, collect slime merchandise, cosplay at cons and dress up at Ren Faires, and have two sweet girl cats. I studied abroad in Japan so I travel there as much as I can, and I (usually) work in the game industry. Nice to meet you!!
Took a dress out of my Japan luggage to wear today and it smells like the laundry detergent my host mom uses and I got emotional. I miss her and my little life in the Japanese countryside again, already.

The slippers are gone but the Vita and FFXIV goodies plus LOTS of other good stuff like SLIME BLANKETS are available again now that I'm back from Japan!

Spent the ENTIRE flight back home from Japan playing Pentiment. Got to the final act. What a WILD game to play with no context or outside influence!! Kept my attention the whole time.
