Former art major here, I got chills seeing a familiar quote come up in Silicon Valley kingpin Marc Andreesen's tech manifesto.
Marc borrows quotes from F. Tommaso Marinetti's Futurist Manifesto (1909). He later namedrops Marinetti as vital reading.

Marinetti co-authored the Fascist Manifesto.

Fun fact, Marc Andreesen (of Andreesen-Horowitz) name-drops Filippo Tommaso Marinetti in his own tech manifesto. Andreesen thinks you should read Marinetti to understand his own goals. Marinetti wrote the Futurist Manifesto. He wrote something else too though. He co-authored the Fascist Manifesto.
