I saw a rat up near the cathedral, they are pretty prominent near the river too. I do believe we get them round here from time to time too.

We don’t have any urban foxes but we do have deer in the field which over looks our street. Very rare to see one tho.

It was a lot of money at the time. We saw Arthur Lee around the same time and he was much cheaper, which in many ways is a little sad considering his legacy. He was great too.

Squirrels are pretty much the dominant species around the riverbanks and woods of Durham. Especially, when the students are away.😂

The tickets started at 87 I think, if you were lucky enough to get one of those. Better seats were £164.

I tried for Kraftwerk tickets this week but all the cheap seats went on a presale which seemed unavailable to me, they started at £110 so I declined. Seen them before anyway, there’s only one original member so the others could be anybody 😤

We are off to see John Cooper Clarke next week, currently in negotiations about who will drive. Back then we could have had a skin full and got a taxi home. Now, the thought of taxi prices is equivalent to booking a 5 star hotel.
