It was around this time that my mom passed away from cancer. I don’t remember the exact date and looking it up is still hard years later, but it was just a bit after the holidays. She was very sweet and the kindest person I knew, and I wish more people could have met her.

@en.finalfantasyxiv.com Really needs to do something about all the datacenters outside of Aether being completely dead for high level party finder groups. Need to stop restricting travel to Aether, implement a proper region wide Party Finder, or put limitations on travelers joining party finder.

In animation I've seen plenty of people assume their dept. is the hardest/most vital. As someone who's worked from vis dev to final stringout I can tell you: it's all vital. It's all skilled work. An engine is an important car part, but it still won't run without wheels. Be a team, not a tier list.
