One of my favorite aspects of the Bluesky is the great care and attention given to lesser known books and authors. I thought I could contribute by discussing one of my favorite forgotten authors: Dr. Lothrop Stoddard! #StoddardSaturday
Shut down the Southern Border, Closed USAID, Defunded the CRS, Removed taxes from tips, deported numerous rapists and murderers, ended the Gaza war (thought that one was really important), drastically reduced Veteran Disability claim backlog, and more. This admin isn't perfect, but it's done good.
I hope you enjoy my thread on a forgotten, yet important American book

Lovely film. Joel McCrae was initially slated to star in this film, but turned down the role because he hated working with Lake on Sullivan's Travels a year earlier. Such a shame, I liked their onscreen chemistry in that film.
😆As an amateur filmmaker myself, I can certainly understand the desire! I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to do that and just hope the audience doesn't mind. But I think there is also a great reward in turning footage that at first appears amateur into something professional and coherent.
Your appeal to morality falls short when we see much more clear and present threats issued by democrats. No victim has come forward to say they were harmed by the language used by the people in your picture, while we can point to the brutal murder of Mr. Kirk as a victim of leftist violence.
Additionally, we can see that in FY2022, the now-defunct USAID spent $3.82 billion fighting HIV/AIDS in Africa.
"Such checks as now limit the increase of colored populations are wholly external, like famine, disease, and tribal warfare. But by a curious irony of fate, the white man has long been busy removing these checks to colored multiplication."
However, this should not be misconstrued as a weakness of Whites. Stoddard argued that this was due to Whites politically enabling rapid expansion of Colored births.
It's worth pausing here and considering Stoddard's position. Looking at the world population 105 years later, it's clear that his prediction came true.
..."this ratio seems destined to shift still further in favor of color. There can be no doubt that at present [they] are increasing much faster than the white. Treating the primary race-stocks as units, it would appear that whites tend to double in eighty years, yellows and browns in sixty years"
..., the rest of the world being inhabited mainly by the other primary races of mankind yellows, browns, blacks, and reds."

Here he demonstrates that, while Whites dominate the world politically, they are less in number than the Coloreds and this trend would only continue...
Later: "The force of this query is exemplified when we turn from the political to the racial map of the globe. What a transformation! Instead of a world politically nine-tenths white, we see a world of which only fourtenths at the most can be considered predominantly white in blood...
"This war was primarily a struggle between the white peoples, who have borne the brunt of the conflict and have suffered most of the losses. Nevertheless, one of the war's results has been a further whittling down of the areas standing outside white political control."
This crucial factor of Race in human affairs, he argued, was amplified by the horrors of the Great War. Even though the end of the War had brought more territory under European rule. He argued that while this had expanded the political boundary of Whites, the racial boundary was more important.
Here it almost seems that he is writing for the 2020s and not the 1920s as the dangerous delusion he identified has become the predominant view of academia today. With little to no consideration given to race as a societal factor other than as a means of resentment by the colored people.
He undertook this effort due to "the dangerous delusion created by viewing world affairs solely from the angle of politics... a better reading of history must bring home the truth that the basic factor in human affairs is not politics, but race."
In it he classified the different peoples of the world into 2 worlds, the White world and the Colored world. Of the latter, he classified 4 distinct categories Yellow, Brown, Black, and Reds.
