Never mind, game is perfect :D The only think I'd like to get is more possibilities to upgrade you cards, maybe as an alternative choice when getting a ship upgrade as a reward.

Screenshot of my Command Deck run History. It shows among several losses 2 victorys on difficulty easier on the 28th of September, one victory at normal on the 29th of September and 1 vitory on the 1st of October.

When you master the game and know the effects of each card by heart, as well as what upgrades have been made to the ship, the battles go by super fast.

In my last run, the turn-based aspect was almost invisible because it went so smoothly.

After 10 runs & battles against the final boss, I finally managed to complete Command Deck. 💪

Hey @commanddeck.bsky.social It wasn't planned, but it became a Command Deck weekend at home, even for my son. He quickly found his feet. 👌

I'm impressed, the game is already clean in early access, it only remains to add content and balance a bit the difficulty. And the ships are superb.

It’s a great game. The aesthetic is just right, there are a ton of different ways to build a deck, and the Harder mode is a real challenge without feeling unfair. Harder mode is actually harder now in comparison to the demo, probably closer to where it should be in difficulty.

We've been told it runs well on the Steam Deck, so it should be great on your Legion Go!

We only have mouse/trackpad input so far though. Touchscreen works, but then it's hard to get the information in the tooltips. Proper touchscreen and controller input are on the todo list.

We'd love to do a native Linux build, but we're stretched a bit thin for time and resources. We will keep it in mind, and pay attention to where our community is at for wanting to play on Linux.

As far as we know, we're currently working well with Proton. It's running well on the Steam Deck at least. We definitely want to make sure the game is working properly there.

Command Deck, a sci-fi roguelike deckbuilder inspired by Slay the Spire, FTL, and 70's sci-fi novel covers (Berkey, Di Fate, Vallejo), is now available on Steam in Early Access!

I'll finish another game first, then I'll try to play this one next week and give you a quick review.

A painting by Boris Vallejo was their north star when they were designing Peregrine, this hero ship.
