Today I got to visit FSU's Interdisciplinary Social Science Program's Social Problems Course and talk about what challenges our community is facing, as so many are.

Policy decisions are community decisions that can either worsen these challenges or solve them.

🔥Fire Services in Leon County do not change for three more years. 🚨

The City voted to notify us that they plan to end providing fire services to unincorporated Leon County at the end of our current agreement in 2028.

I went to the first of eight classes on food insecurity in our community, hosted by Trinity UMC. Sessions run Wednesdays, 6:15–7:15 pm, through Oct. 8. Join in the fight to feed our neighbors.
